Medical Care for Madhukar

Hi, I am madhukar kattel. minor incident caused me complete ACL tear and minor sprain on my left ligament. I have undergone ACl new graft construction surgery, which will leave on complete one-month bed rest with physiotherapy sessions and walking levels on two-month periods. A small help would be much appreciated if you could only; I will not force myself on you. Thank you
